Lovina
Taking a day trip off the coast of the mainland to Lovina is a wonderful idea if you are looking for a serene escape. You can lounge on the black sand beaches while watching the dolphins on the horizon. The calming water makes for an ideal location to scuba dive or snorkel or, perhaps, you just want to float on the crystal water and simply drift. That doesn’t sound too bad.
Sanur
Sanur is home to one of Bali’s historic temples, the Blanjong Temple, it captures the 9th-century history within its walls. Once you’re done exploring the temple, grab a bite to eat at the local night market, Pasar Sindhu Markets. After exploring this quaint city maybe ask your driver to take you to the neighbouring city of Seminyak for something a little extra.
Seminyak
While in Seminyak you’ll get to take in some of the most gorgeous views of the Indian Ocean. Relax and swim in one of the many glamorous pools and revel in the luxury. When you visit, treat yourself to one of the five-star restaurants, upscale shops or even stay awhile at one of the exclusive resorts on the coast. How can you complain about a tropical paradise with some fancy frills?
Ubud
Ubud is a culturally rich city where you can really experience Balinese life. From holistic healing centres to a sacred monkey forest and an ancient Elephant cave. You will never find yourself short of places to explore and new things to learn in Ubud. It is only a short taxi ride to the most known and well-travelled resort in Bali, Kuta.
Kuta
Travelling to Bali is not complete without a day trip or stay in Kuta, one of the island’s most popular destinations. Their famous beach is one of the main attractions, known for its surfing and breathtaking views. The further you walk down the shore, the more peaceful it gets. Once the sun sets, a vibrant life takes over the city. Kuta is more than a beach, it is a lively place with an endless array of restaurants, bars and clubs that tourists and locals alike can enjoy. Although we always recommend exploring with caution. Have fun, but it is always better to be safe than sorry.
