Win Sony Noise Cancelling Headphones Ends 30/11

Win Sony Headphones

On our many flights around the world, something we wouldn’t do without these days is a good set of noise cancelling headphones. We found out the benefit of these when we flew upper class with Virgin Atlantic. On upper class, you get the use of noise cancelling headphones for free, and headphones like these are excellent for drowning out background noise, whether from the aircraft, or the annoying husband ( or wife says Mr W).

Noise cancelling headphones are great to plug into your devices to listen to music or catch up with films on the plane’s entertainment system.

sony-comp

You could win these

Unfortunately the majority of the time we fly economy, and even if you get a set of in-ear headphones free they are usually pretty useless so I decided to buy some Sony noise cancelling headphones myself to use on the plane and take to the gym. These headphones are excellent as they are over the ear headphones which are especially brilliant for drowning out the noise.

Today on our blog we are giving you a chance to win the exact same headphones I have – the Sony MDR- ZX110NA worth £45. These smartphone enabled headphones, have an in-line remote mic, are lightweight and have 80 hours of battery life.

Entry is simple through the Gleam application below. Good luck!

Probably EasyJet. It has been some years since I have flown in an airplane. Bad experience on last occasion, had been to London visiting friends. On return excessive delay of about 3 hours, poor service. As had to ask about refreshments due to delay ( apparently airlines have policies). It had been another customer that had informed me whilst chatting :- That airline staff should be offering refreshment vouchers due to length of delay. By time some customers received the vouchers and accessed shops, little to no choice of refreshment.

Due to delay, no access to bus or train to get home, due to time of arrival. I informed airline staff when we were told could now board plane. Was told staff would advise and assist us on arrival at airport destination :- Which did not happen! British Airways :- Put me off ever travelling by plane again.

I like KLM because they let my cats fly in the cabin with me, which is much less stressful for them and me! They even supply pet carriers to be used on board, which come with an inbuilt cat litter compartment under a perforated floor, so as to catch any in flight accidents. I’ve used KLM on flights with cats as we moved around the world: Bahrain to New York, New York to Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi to the UK, UK to Switzerland and finally Switzerland back to the UK. Each time the KLM pet service was briliiant, and the flights are good for humans too. The staff are friendly and efficient. Plus they give you those nice little Delft houses filled with very strong Dutch gin.
